Delete your PaperSlip account

You can permanently delete your PaperSlip account and its associated data.
Delete your account in the app
Sign in to PaperSlip, open Settings, choose Delete my account, and follow the confirmation step. Your account data is deleted immediately. Any associated Stripe subscription is canceled.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] and include the phone number you use to sign in. Use the subject line "Delete my PaperSlip account." We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
We delete your PaperSlip profile, customer records, invoices, estimates, receipts, service records, work photos, account settings, support messages, and access keys. Payment providers may retain transaction records when required by law.
